As brothers, we started wollof because we were bored with the type of coffee we had access to. Yes, there are thousands of coffee brands around. But when you get past the fancy jargon and lectures, all of the coffee out there is in the same lane.
So, around 2020, we set out to create our own. Our mission? To spread love and culture through spiced coffee.
Along the way, we made an innovative coffee experience that is equal parts sustenance, healing, and divine inspiration. The end result, much like our journey from Dakar to Austin, is nothing short of magical.

Wollof coffee celebrates tradition and innovation. It connects the rich coffee heritage of Senegal with the modern coffee experience.
As our mother tongue, Wollof also felt like the perfect name for our spiced coffee blend. It's how we best communicate any idea. Whether its flavors, traditions, or love.
our.process
Wollof is a dark roast. It's available in both whole bean and ground formats.
We source our bean and fruit ethically.
These ingredients are carefully roasted and packaged right here in Austin, Texas.
Like always, future product offerings will be driven by your feedback and our own reflections on packaging, convenience, and sustainability.

Delicious, Rich, Smooth, Spicy, & Smokey
Wollof coffee is great all year long.
However, it may be best for fall and winter since it is deep, rich, and full bodied.
The selium or djar is such a unique spice that it creates an aroma for coffee as you've never experienced.
Do yourself favour and smash the buy button. But only if you want a unique coffee experience that north America cannot provide!

My new morning fix
SOOOOOO, this is my ish. I thought I was going to have a hard time switching from my typical BLK & BOLD Smooth Operator. I love dark roasts for the complexity in flavor and depth. But, my stomach has begun to not let me be great. Listen, a friend gifted me Wollof........I have not looked back. No jitters, no frequent trips to the bathroom......and I can drink Wollof first thing in the morning. SO DAMN GOOODT.
